So here we are, day 2 of my Purium 10-Day Transformation Cleanse. Today was a much better day. I didn’t feel hungry and I had a good nights sleep. I was actually expecting today to have lots of headaches, tiredness and just being in a bad mood, however it was the opposite. I felt pretty good! I think one of the hardest part was making sure that I was on top of taking the Master Aminos or the Power Shake every two (2) hours but that quickly got fixed. I was playing with my phone and I figured out how to set multiple alarms so it can go off to remind me to take the supplements and power shake. This made me happy! Now if I were to forget my alarm would go off to remind me. If you are taking the Purium 10-day transformation cleanse and you’re the type of person who forgets a lot, I suggest you set reminder alarms if your phone can do so. It really does help.
Another hard part about doing this cleanse is being in the kitchen cooking your family dinner. It was a bit challenging being around all that good food and not being able to taste anything. You definitely need to have some strong will-power to not mess up your cleanse. At that point I took advantage of my flex foods and had some fresh cucumber. Mmm, cucumber! I love cucumbers. I can eat them all day long.
It’s been a while since I’ve exercised so today I decided to head up to the YMCA and do some light exercising. I know they suggest that you don’t exercise during the cleanse because exercising can cause stress to the body but I figured doing some light exercising won’t hurt. Plus, my daughter loves swimming! 🙂 After exercising, I felt really good. It felt good stepping onto the treadmill and doing a 20 minute medium pace walk. I think I’ll continue to do light exercising during my cleanse. Then afterwards pick it up a bit more.
At the end of the night I was tired and ready to hit the bed. So until tomorrow my lovely readers….
