Day 7 Of My Purium 10-Day Transformation Cleanse

Whoa! Can you believe it? Day 7 of my Purium 10-Day Transformation Cleanse already!

Wow, it’s already been 7 days, well technically 6 but still we are more than half way there. So far its been a great journey. Still in the rhythm of things… waking up and feeling good. Following through the program today was a easy breezy kind of day!

Since today was pretty much a rainy day, we decided to stay in the house and do some house cleaning. Once the rain stopped we stepped outside and had a chat with my aunt. We had a little sun shower and a beautiful rainbow above us. It was a great sign that put me in even a more of a good mood.

I wanted to head up to the YMCA  today so I can weigh myself but my mother told me that I should wait until the I was done with the 10-day transformation cleanse. She said that it’ll be much more of a surprise as to how much I’ve lost. And I kind of agree with her. So I’m going to wait just a couple more days then I’ll weigh myself.

On the down side, towards the end of the night I ended up getting very dizzy. Not sure what could have caused this. Everything around me was spinning. I talked to my grandmother and at first she thought it was because I wasn’t drinking a lot of water but that wasn’t the case at all. I drink so much water that when I use the bathroom my pee comes out clear (I know TMI). I think it could have been that it was really hot in my house and I was cooking dinner for the family. Other than me being dizzy it was a great day!

See you tomorrow!!

  1. I’m on day 7 as well and I felt great till I started getting these really bad dizzy spells I haven’t had them this whole time I drank some veggie broth and kambucha and ate some watermelon and I feel a little better did you find that this went away on day 8?

    • Hi Jasmine, yes it did go away on day 8. I think for me like I said was the heat and me cooking and moving a bit too fast caused me to become dizzy. But it was only that time that I got dizzy. The best thing I would say is STAY HYDRATED!! Also make sure if you are unsure of anything that you take advantage of talking or emailing Dr. Mike as well as your team (upline). BTW, Way to go on your transformation!
