My review:
I received The Vitamin Shoppe Garcinia Cambogia in my Good Life VoxBox. I’ve never heard of this product before so I was quite hesitance on using the product. I did my research on the product and seen that it’s pretty big in Southeast Asia, India and West Africa. I also found that the product may help support appetite control and that is what made me want to try it.

I’ve been using the Garcinia Cambogia for about 2 weeks now and I must say it does what it says it does. I feel more energized and definitely don’t feel as hungry as I did before. When I eat, I can’t or don’t eat a lot because I get full a lot faster. I don’t know if its the Garcinia Cambogia or that my stomach shrunk. Either way I’m happy. So yes, I can say that it does help curve my appetite. I find myself wanting to eat a lot less than what I normally eat and I’m okay with that because I’ve been working on getting in better shape and becoming more healthier.

With eating the right foods, drinking lots of water and exercising daily I can feel my body change. I feel like I’ve lost weight but haven’t check yet. So next time I’m at the gym, I’m stepping on the scale.
