Loss Of Libido
We are young; therefore we should enjoy fun and frolics in an intimate sense, right? Well, it’s not as widespread as you think. There are so many reasons we can feel a loss of libido, either due to depression or anxiety, or a symptom like Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD). It’s always worth talking to your doctor about it, especially if you feel that you want to enjoy it. But also, it’s not an essential component of life if you don’t want it to be. So many of us feel that, because we are young, that we need to be particularly active in this department, but don’t feel that it should be a mainstay of your life!
Too Much Stress
Everybody suffers from stress, but if you see people that feel unable to function, there can be a part of you that thinks that they are just complaining, especially if they do this via social media.
