My Benissimo Flavored Oils review:
A few weeks ago I was approached by Marci who works for the Benissimo company asking if I was interested in doing a review on their Mediterranean Garlic oil. I happily accept because I love olive oil. I use olive oil in almost everything you can think of such as cooking and beauty recipes. Since this was Mediterranean Garlic infused olive oil I just used it in my cooking.

This Mediterranean Garlic olive oil was amazing! You can use this oil as a substitution oil instead of using traditional oil in recipes, drizzled on pastas and soups, brushed on garlic toast, blended into salad dressings and sauces, and used as a marinade. When I used this oil, I used it as a marinade on some steak and then baked it. What I did was seasoned the meat as I normally do then added the olive oil to the meat. I then mixed everything together and set it aside in the fridge for about 30 mins. Once that was done I popped it in the oven and cooked until the meat was done. It came out so delicious and juicy!
