WooHoo! Made it to day 9 of my Purium 10-Day Transformation Cleanse.
Oh today is such a beautiful day. Still on top of everything. Waking up and sticking to the schedule is a breeze! I have notice that since doing this cleanse that my allergies has not been acting up. During this time of year my allergies are really bad. So bad that my eyes are swollen shut, I’m sneezing all over the place, the back of the throat and ears itch like crazy and all I want to do is sleep all day with a cold rag on my face. I haven’t had any allergy flare ups since the beginning of the cleanse. Yay!!
How I came to realization of it, was my husband was mowing the lawn and usually my allergies act up as soon as I smell the fresh cut grass but this time there was nothing. I was actually outside watching him mow the lawn, smelt the fresh cut grass and no allergy flare ups. It surprised the heck out of me. As soon as he was done I went and told him “my allergies are not acting up. This is awesome!” He smiled and said that’s a good thing.
Could it be that this cleanse is helping me with my allergies? I think so. All of those nutrients and vitamins that are in it, that I’m probably lacking has probably been helping keep my allergies stay in check as well as getting my body back in a healthy state.
Alright, 2 more days to go! Reason I’m going 11 days is because one day I didn’t do the cleanse so I figure, tack on another day to make it up.
