My Grazia Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan Review:
One thing I truly hate is using a pan (a metal one at that) where after about 6 months to a year or so the pans start to look old and rusty looking. It makes me not want to use the pan anymore. So after hearing all the rave about how well silicone pans are for baking I got excited when I got the opportunity to review Grazia Silicone 24 cup mini muffin pan.

My daughter and I decided to make some bite size cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Mmm, yummy!! As the instruction instructed we put the silicone pan on a cookie sheet because the silicone pan is a bit too bendable and flimsy to use on its own. Which is fine with me. Although for some it could be the downer of things but it wouldn’t stop me from using it again in the future. We also lightly greased the pan before putting the batter in about half way full and popped them in the oven at 325°F for about 16 mins. The cupcakes came out perfect! They were cooked evenly and did not stick to the pan. WooHoo! Now that’s what I’m talking about.

I love how easy this silicone mini muffin pan is. It’s easy to use and super fun to make bite size muffins or cupcakes.  Another thing I like about this product is that the pan is bendable so getting the cupcakes out in one piece was easy breezy! Once the pan was cooled down I pushed my finger underneath the pan and they popped right out without sticking to the pan. Cleaning was a breeze as well. No scrubbing, no soaking in hot water for an hour or so to get the crusted on gunk off. This pan is definitely a keeper.

Overall, I’m very happy with this product and with the results I got. I’m definitely going to replace all of my metal muffin/cupcake pans with silicone ones.
