Your bed can be a nest for allergens

Your bed can hurt your back
A bad bed can be very bad for your back. Two things stand out here: the mattress and the bed itself. A terrible mattress will lose all of its firmness and provide zero support. So, you sink into it, and your back muscles are under a lot of stress. Thus, you end up with chronic back pain that can take years to go away.
As for the actual bed and bed frame, this needs to support the mattress. If it doesn’t, you basically reduce the mattress’s lifespan as there’s no support underneath it. Your bed can make you snore
Okay, this isn’t technically your bed, more the positioning of your pillows. Well, I guess the quality of your mattress also plays a role! Essentially, if your pillows are too flat or your mattress is old, you end up lying too flat on your bed. In some cases, you may be reclined back slightly with your head tilted. This is the prime position to trigger snoring.
Why is this a problem? Well, snoring can actually lead to some pretty serious health conditions. Certainly, there are strong links between it and obesity! So, you may need to get some new pillows or a better mattress to avoid snoring.
