My Natural Goal Oregano Oil Review:
As you can tell lately I’ve been on this whole essential oil kick. I love essential oils! There is so much you can do with them. Honestly, I’ve never used Oregano Oil before so I was a bit lacking knowledge of it’s uses. When Natural Goal contacted me in regards of reviewing their Oregano Oil, I accepted then immediately started doing my research on the oil.

What I found out is that Oregano Oil is very popular for it’s medicinal usage. You can use it as an antiseptic, antibiotic, anti-parasitic and anti-venom. Other usage would be to help boost your immune system as well as respiratory diseases, allergies, colds and the flu. Pretty much whenever you feel you are coming down with something you can use Oregano Oil to help battle whatever it is.

I can tell you that this Oregano Oil is very potent. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. No, it wasn’t broken or anything like that. It was just that strong of a smell. I mean it has a very strong aroma! It wasn’t a bad small. I mean it smells like Oregano. LOL. Think Italian restaurant.

I plan on using this oil in my diffuser whenever we feel like we’re coming down with something. Just so we can nip it in the butt before we are full blown sick. I’ve already used a bit of it diluted with coconut oil. The taste wasn’t bad but you can definitely taste the spiciness of the Oregano Oil.

One thing I do have to say is that if you decide to use this oil for either topical or internal use, please dilute it first. Especially if you plan on using this oil internally, please do your due diligence and do some research for the proper dilution before using this oil or any essential oils at that. Even with proper dilution this oil is very spicy. As it being spicy, I recommend you take it in small dosage so you can get accustomed with the taste. Also, with proper dilution it can be used on children by rubbing the diluted oil on the bottom of their feet.

Overall, I could tell this was a very high quality Oregano Oil because of it potency. This oil has been around for many many years and is very well known for how well it works. I definitely will continue to use this oil and make it part of my medicine kit. It will be one of my go-to oils for any sickness in my home. So if you’re looking for a good quality oregano oil then this is what you want to get. You never know it may work wonderfully for you!
